Job Title: Transport Planner
Office Location: Nottingham
Salary Range: GBP25,000 - GBP35,000
Penguin Recruitment is working on behalf of a medium sized, multidisciplinary consultancy who is looking for a Transport Planner to join their Nottingham team.
The team in Nottingham are currently working on projects with education, retail, commercial and residential clients and require someone with a strong background in development planning to help tackle a growing workflow.
Candidate Specification:
* Background within development planning;
* Experience with ARCADY, PICADY, LINSIG & AutoCAD;
* Experience with GIS, Transyt or Vissim would be beneficial;
* Degree level education in a relevant subject;
* Strong report writing ability, including transport assessments & statement.
If successful, you would be joining a close knit team who work in conjunction with over 40 transport planning professionals nationwide. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and provide technical work including transport assessments & statements, travel plans, accessibility analysis and town centre studies.
In return, you will earn a starting salary of up to GBP35,000, along with an extensive benefits package and free access to company holiday homes.
