Clinical Negligence Paralegal
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our leading Clinical Negligence team working from our Nottingham office.
The role will be working with and supporting the experienced fee-earners on sometimes large and complex Clinical Negligence cases. Duties will include providing important and detailed support on cases by preparing, scheduling and organising relevant documentation, assisting senior fee earners in investigation and progression of their cases, as well as dealing with client enquiries both by phone and in person.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a legal environment within a Clinical Negligence team and have a legal academic or medical background. Candidates will also have good organisational, communication and IT skills and be dedicated to client care. Previous experience in clinical negligence, healthcare or medical is not essential however it would be advantageous.
