Job title: HR Administrator - Apprenticeship
Location: Barnet, Greater London
Wage: GBP192.00 per week
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 8 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course
Course entry requirements: GCSEs at grade C/level 4 or above in English and Maths

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide general HR administration assistance to the HR Manager (i.e. updating employee details, setting new starters in the system, keeping staff records up to date drafting references)
  • Responsible for the full screening of new starters in accordance with BS7858 standards (training will be provided)
  • Responsible for filling and filling cabinet (hard copies)
  • Customer Service - picking up phone calls, taking messages, passing message

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Competent in a range of IT systems and software
  • Ability to work with others to achieve objectives and provide excellent customer service
