Kitchen Sales Designer / Consultant
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our team of Kitchen Sales Designers / Consultants.
We are a long established family run business who have built an excellent reputation for supplying and fitting kitchens, bedrooms and home offices from showrooms in the West Midlands, North Worcestershire and South Warwickshire areas.
The successful applicant will have excellent written and spoken communication skills, a flair for design and a passion for sales in a customer facing environment, together with excellent IT skills.
The role would suit a proactive, creative "people person" who thrives off sales interactions with clients, holds a Full UK Driving Licence and has a flexible attitude to working hours.
Ideally, you will have held a previous high OTE face to face sales position (not necessarily in the kitchen industry).
The role will involve building relationships with clients on all levels, both in the showroom and in their homes, understanding their needs and delivering a positive service experience to make their dream a reality.
We are offering a competitive basic salary + OTE (uncapped commission potential).
