We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced individual, working with the Supported Living Manager, to lead an established team of staff in supporting 16 people with learning and /or physical disabilities who reside in their own flats in a supported living service in Grimsby.

Willows House is a block of 16 apartments where vulnerable adults are supported to live as independently as possible with support available for 24 hours a day. We currently support 10 people with learning disabilities who live there and will expanding our care provision over the service from April.

This is a new and an exciting opportunity to make a difference to the lives of adults who have a wide range of backgrounds and support needs. Working alongside the Supported Living Manager, you will assist with the coordination and delivery of high quality outcome focussed support to enable all tenants to achieve and maintain greater independence.

You will be a caring and proactive individual who is positive about communicating with and supporting people with varying needs, ensuring that they are at the centre of all decisions made about their life.

You will work with our management team, senior staff and support workers to lead and develop the service ensuring we enable the people we support to have a great quality of life, and be important and valued members of the local community. You will be responsible for ensuring that excellent personal, practical, emotional and social support is delivered at all times.

The post will provide the opportunity to be central to the smooth running of the service and to lead and manage a fully integrated, effective and highly motivated staff team.
