HR Business Partner

Elevation HR are currently working with a growing manufacturing company to recruit a HR Business Partner. My client is looking for an experienced Business Partner/HR Advisor from a manufacturing/distribution background.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

• Working in a true partnering capacity to support the line managers within the organisation.

• Provide HR support to business areas on all employment issues including grievance and disciplinary meetings.

• Maintain and ensure implementation of all policies and procedures ensuring HR Compliance.

• Advise and coach on people matters, ensuring all relevant managers and teams are equipped to manage their people.

• Review processes and practices and suggest ways of improving the HR service and taking accountability for implementation

• Accountable for operational HR standards in the employment lifecycle - induction, personal development planning and performance management.

• To provide recruitment and selection support and guidance

• Producing Management Information reflecting all recruitment activity, absence and attrition rates.

Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

- CIPD Experience

- Extensive ER experience within a Blue Collar environment

- Manufacturing/Distribution/Retail background
