They hold a housing stock of over 6,500 properties and are currently growing at the rate of around 200 new properties per year. Their goal is to ensure their homes and communities are great places to live.

They are looking for a HRIS Adviser to join their close-knit HR team, which includes payroll and L&D. This role will provide generalist support on all HR systems and drive forward digitalisation. This will involve things such as; configuration, upgrades, interfaces, maximise functionality, deal with third party suppliers to raise issues and implement solutions, revamp the careers page and HR intranet page.

As you’d expect it’s a busy HR team! To make a real impact they need someone who has;

-HR systems experience (ideally in iTrent and Business Objects)

-HR or systems related qualification or studying

-Great Excel skills

-An ability to build rapport and influence others

-An organised approach

-Strong attention to detail

-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

-A focus on continuous improvement

-Data analysis experience
