Our client is an award-winning diverse organisation covering affordable housing, home ownership, repairs and tenant support. They hold a housing stock of over 6,500 properties and are currently growing at the rate of around 200 new properties per year. Their goal is to ensure their homes and communities are great places to live.

They are looking for two Advisers to join their HR team; one is permanent and the other a 12-month contract to cover a maternity leave. Their close-knit team of 7 includes payroll and L&D, and one other HR Adviser. One of the roles will be full-time and they are open to part-time working for the other role, which would require a presence 5 days a week.

As HR Advisrr you will provide generalist HR support and administration to functional areas for two offices, both based in Trowbridge. One Adviser will look after IT, Finance and the Response & Voids team, the other Adviser will look after Development, Communication, Compliance, Property and Planned & Cyclical team.

As you’d expect it’s a busy HR team! To make a real impact they need someone who has;

-CIPD qualification or studying
