Our client based in South Kent requires a Framework Delivery Manager to be responsible for the delivery of projects, maintenance and compliance for M&E building services, building fabric and utility networks.
An overview of what the role will involve:
* Coordinating & directing a group of Project Managers / Project Engineers and other professional staff to deliver improvement projects, PPM and reactive maintenance
* Assisting with the management of the contractual and commercial aspects of the framework contract
* Scope, plan, deliver and audit the undertaking of all works for building services, building fabric and underground utility networks inc. HV and LV electricity, potable water and sewerage
* Identify any situation or incident that may pose a significant risk that has not already been reported.
Suitable candidates will have the following skills / experience / attributes:
* Educated to HNC level (as a minimum)
* Extensive and comprehensive experience in the planning, managing and delivery of projects, maintenance and inspections for M&E Building services, building fabric and utility networks.
* High level of H&S competence
* High level of expertise in Excel, Word and MS Project
* Willingness to participate in an on call rota
* Full clean driving licence and own transport
Salary is dependent upon skills and experience + discretionary bonus scheme. 25 days holiday + bank holidays and Pension
