Our well-known client is recruiting a Motor Vehicle Technician for their incredible Prestige dealership in Crawley. Additionally, our client takes pride in creating a balance at work by constantly challenging the team, whilst training them at the same time- allowing them to progress with a good balance.
The Role:
* Undertaking a high level of services and repairs
* Performing maintenance and repairs works (gearbox, clutch repairs and replacements)
* Ensuring all work is completed to the customer's satisfaction
* Running diagnostics and ensuring all faults are detected
* Accurately completing documentation such as service reports
* Working alongside the service advisors and keeping up to date with work coming through
* Building knowledge and skills to diagnose faults
What we require:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Great work ethic and ability to work as a team
* Previous experience working in a main dealer preferred but not essential
What we're offering:
* A basic ranging from GBP22,000 to GBP33,000 (depending on your level and experience) with an OTE of up to GBP33,000.
* A 40hr week from Monday to Friday with Saturday's on a rota basis.
* Training program put in place to enhance your future career prospects
