Support Worker

We are looking for thoughtful, caring and inspiring people to join our team of support workers in Wivenhoe.

Dimensions provide life changing support to people with learning disabilities and autism throughout England and Wales. Whether you have a background in retail, cleaning or you are a recent graduate we want to hear from you. We have 3 gentleman and 1 lady who we provide support for 24 hrs a day 7 days a week; shifts also include waking nights. They require support to go out in the community, pub quizzes, shopping, eating out, going for walks and would love to have someone to help with all these but also to introduce them to new activities. We provide all training for the position, including how to provide personal care keeping their dignity and helping with any additional medical needs, these can be discussed at interview.

The current pay rate for this role is GBP8.01 but will increase to GBP8.21 on 1st April 19.
