Technical Advisor
We have an excellent opportunity to join the expanding technical team with a successful Aluminium systems company. The role will be to assist the trade & retail divisions and help with technical queries where required.
Applicants should be highly knowledgeable and an experienced CAD Technician with sound knowledge of aluminium curtain walling, commercial windows and doors with experience in the trade/retail sector.
Candidates will need to provide project specific solutions using AutoCAD, assisting architects, fabricators, sales reps whilst considering cost effective solutions. You will also be involved within carrying out project related or product related air, wind & water tests and security tests in conjunction with the engineering team. You will report to the Technical Manager and must be able to work well in a team and be able to work under their own initiative and under pressure where required.
The successful candidate must have an excellent working knowledge of curtain walling, windows & doors and knowledge of Logikal software is preferable.
