We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to lead and take responsibility for the Facilities function for their portfolio, including the day to
day management of outsourced contracts and all aspects of facilities management.
Working with the Facilities contract management team, you will continually monitor and review the services offered by the various service providers and business partners.
Within this role, you will also be for relationship management, liaising with Building Management/Landlord in each building regarding such issues as service charge, relationships with other tenants and working with the account management of the outsourced contracts and communication within the wider key business operations.
We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual with a ‘can do attitude’. You will have the ability to communicate effectively, both internally and externally at all levels with good interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communications. Ideally, you will have a Health & Safety qualification and experience of office churns/relocations. You must have strong organisational skills with a flexible approach to responsibilities and remit in a changing environment.
