HR Consultant/Business Partner

Strictly Education has recently appointed a new CEO and is at an exciting phase in its strategic development. 

They are now looking for a motivated individual to join their team as they commence on a journey of change, with a clear focus on supporting schools and allowing them to focus on the teaching and learning of their next generations. 

Strictly Education provide a variety of services to schools across England and are looking for an experienced HR Consultant/Business Partner to join their established team of field consultants working directly with a portfolio of schools and also contributing to the development of their services as a whole. 


Based from home, this is a hands-on operational role where you will be visiting schools and providing support for HR casework to Headteachers, Business Managers and Governors across North London.

As this role involves significant travel, applicants must be able to drive and have use of their own car.

The Candidate:

• Ideally the successful candidate will be a dynamic, CIPD qualified HR practitioner with significant experience and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
• With excellent communication skills, you will understand the importance of good customer service and be able to demonstrate a proactive approach in guiding clients through complex HR case work and reaching timely and effective resolutions.
• Working remotely, you will need to be self-driven, confident and accurate with your HR advice.
• Knowledge of the education sector would be a distinct advantage, but the ability to learn sector nuances quickly is a must.

In return you will receive £38k per annum plus car allowance.
