Cleaning / Customer Liaison Role

Victoria Shopping Centre, Llandudno

Situated on the North Wales Coast in Llandudno, the Victoria Shopping Centre is the premier shopping centre in North Wales.

Key Tasks include:

Keyholder/Security

• Unlocking and locking of building 

• CCTV monitoring and playback

• Fire alarm monitoring, testing and evacuation procedures 

• Health & Safety and security patrols

• Car park security, customer service, and machine operation includes ticket replacement and cashing up

• General customer service 

• Alarm/emergency call out

• Accident reporting

• First aid/ firefighting requirements (training supplied)

Cleaning 

• General waste management including compactor operation

• Cardboard waste management 

• Cleaning washroom facilities and maintaining supplies

• General housekeeping, includes cleaning windows, sweeping, litter picking, cleaning brassware, window cleaning etc

• Car park general housekeeping including emptying bins, litter picking, machine and signage cleaning

Additional info

• 40 hours per week over 5 days

• 4 weekly rota

• Retail environment therefore includes weekend and bank holiday working, staff member will get one weekend off every 4 weeks

• Hourly rate – TBC
