Lettings Coordinator / Administrator

What you'll be doing

You’ll manage the lettings administration from the minute a property becomes available to the point of handing it over to your customer.  You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, both internal and external, answering queries and resolving issues to ensure deadlines are met and you are delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll ensure our properties are compliant in terms of having the relevant gas and asbestos checks and you will schedule work on behalf of the Void Team Leader for operatives and contractors.

You’ll work closely with your Lettings Negotiator to support them to let the property by booking appointments, telephoning customers, obtaining references and ensuring records are up to date.

You’ll use our QL system to process tasks from start to finish, keeping the information up to date at all times.

You’ll be used to working in a varied and busy administration role which means you’ll be very organized and able to multitask.  You’ll be able to prioritise your work, whilst being adaptable to changing priorities and interruptions.

You’ll be a great communicator who is professional, helpful and willing to go the extra mile for your customers and to support your team.

You’ll have the ability to learn new systems quickly and possibly experience of using workflows to complete tasks.

You’ll enjoy a role that involves following a process and you’ll get satisfaction from delighting your customers by supporting them to let their new home.

When and where you'll be doing it

You will be able to work flexibly, Monday to Friday, based on our customers’ needs.  You will be responsible for organizing your own workload.

You’ll be based in Bath at our Head Office
