My client is a main contractor looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to join the business on a full time permanent basis. You will be a time served Contracts Manager who will have forged your career to date with a main contractor or a housing specialist. You will be used to managing multiple contracts and will be happy to travel to visit your sites around the Yorkshire region. Typically my clients projects range in value from GBP2m to GBP5m and are primarily new build projects covering an array of sectors including heathcare, education, sheds and commerical. Some travel will be required as part of the role
