Here at Newmark Developments, we are now looking for a Document Controller to implement and maintain the document control process, ensuring that drawings and development documentation is controlled and distributed in accordance with the company policy and procedures.

Liaising with other Document Controllers in the business to resolve issues, as and when required, you will monitor, maintain and distribute drawings and documents for multiple projects using the Document Management System (DMS) (Viewpoint for Projects) and complete regular checks for pertinent projects to ensure the QA process is being followed. Receiving, checking and accurately recording information into the DMS, you will distribute all project drawings and documentation in an efficient manner whilst contributing to the compilation of final project reports and accurate handover information. The role will also involve an administration function to support the development team, outside of the DMS.

About You

All that we ask is that you have the ability to manage a busy workload with conflicting priorities and have a good working knowledge of Viewpoint for Projects. Excellent communication skills are paramount, as is competency in all MS Office programmes such as Word, Outlook and Excel.
