Fel Technegydd Asedau ac Addasiadau, prif bwrpas y swydd fydd gofyn i chi baratoi dyluniadau CAD ar gyfer addasiadau ar gyfer yr anabl a fydd yn addas i’w cyflwyno i Reolaeth Adeiladu a Chynllunio pan fo gofyn a dogfennau dylunio, iechyd a diogelwch a thendro, yn ogystal a bod yn gyfrifol am drafod gyda Thîm Cleient CCG, Therapyddion Galwedigaethol a phreswylwyr yn ystod y broses dylunio a chreu manyleb i ddatblygu dyluniadau addas i gwrdd ag anghenion y preswylwyr a chydymffurfio â rheoliadau presennol.

ASSETS AND ADAPTATIONS TECHNICIAN
Full time / Temporary up to 24 Months

As North Wales’ largest housing association, Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd provide quality, affordable homes and services to our tenants, and strive to protect and develop the culture and heritage of the communities we serve as we do so.

As a registered social landlord our primary purpose is to provide affordable rented homes to those in housing need. We are an independent not-for-profit organisation registered and regulated by the Welsh Government.

With over 6,300 homes, we are responsible for the management and maintenance of these properties.

As an Assets and Adaptations Technician, the main purpose of the job will be to prepare detailed CAD drawings for disabled adaptations, suitable for submission to Building Control and Planning when required, along with associated design, Health & Safety and tender documents as well as to be responsible for liaising with CCG’s Client Team, Occupational Therapists and residents during the design and specification process to develop suitable designs to meet the needs of the resident and complying with current regulations.

It is essential that the post holder has a good standard of education (equivalent to 5 GCSEs Grade C or above or an NVQ2). The ability to speak Welsh is essential in this role.
