HR Administrator
Salary | £20,398 per annum, rising to £21,472 per annum
Location | L11 2SF
Closing Date | Midnight Wednesday 27th March 2019
Successful applicants must be able to attend an interview on 4th or 5th April 2019.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a small and friendly HR team, to focus on delivering high-quality HR support and excellent customer service across Cobalt and Cobalt Plus.
It’s a great time to join Cobalt! A ‘de-merger’ from our parent company back in 2017 allowed the establishment of an in-house HR function and has enabled us to truly take a local focus in providing a great place to work, where highly talented, happy and healthy people go the extra mile for our customers, colleagues and communities.
The Role
We are looking for an organised, friendly and professional HR Administrator, who will act as our our first point of contact for all HR and Payroll enquiries, providing a customer focused HR & Payroll administrative service across all aspects of the colleague lifecycle. As well as supporting the Head of HR and two HR Officers, this role will have a large emphasis on maintaining our HRIS, running absence reports, organising new starter/leaver administration and prompt response/triage service of the HR inbox.
The HR Administrator will have previous experience in a fast-paced admin function, and be able to manage a HR Administration and Payroll workload including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. At Cobalt, it’s really important that we continually engage with our customers, so the ability to quickly build relationships with colleagues at all levels and communicate effectively is essential, and we are really looking for a team player to hit the ground running within our HR Team. You should possess a recognised qualification in Administration or equivalent experience.
Additional Information
Cobalt’s standard working week is 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, however we are flexible on the hours that this post can operate on and will consider reduced or compressed working patterns. The Role for HR Administrator is £20,398 per annum, rising to £21,472 per annum upon successful completion of 6 months’ probation. The successful candidate will enjoy 23 days holiday, plus 3 additional days for Christmas shut down, as well as the option to join the company pension scheme.
