Our client is an international multi-service provider, offering textile, hygiene and facility services solutions. Present in Europe and Latin America, they are a leader in most of the 28 countries in which they operate, employing 45,000 professionals at 440 production and services centres; this is a great opportunity to join a company that supports their people!

They have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join them where you will have overall responsibility for the retention and development of an existing customer base. This is a full time position covering maternity.

Within the role you will deliver exceptional levels of service, building relationships with customers and developing their portfolio. Thinking like a customer and acting as their voice internally, you will be the lead point of contact and will understand their needs and future requirements.

Our client is looking for someone who has previous Account Management experience. With good written and verbal skills, you will be customer focussed and will have a high attention to detail. Experience in a customer facing role is needed, as is having a level of flexibility, and the ability to react quickly to the needs of your client.


This is a field based role where you will be out visiting customer sites which are mainly based inside the M25. You will be expected to spend 1 day a week at the office based in Merton.
