A unique opportunity for a suitably qualified caterer to enter into a franchise agreement to provide full catering services to Holyhead Golf Club.
Holyhead golf club is situated near Trearddur Bay a very busy and popular destination.
The Holyhead golf club is very well established and has 500 members. Also visited from several other players whom travel from afar to play the outstanding course.
We also have 3 unique holiday apartments which are onsite giving the caterer an ideal opportunity to capture the holiday trade.
In addition to the daily catering for members/visitors’ breakfast, lunch, snacks and evening trade we have a busy social programme of events and host many external functions for weddings, parties etc. (There are 10 wedding bookings for 2019). Sunday lunch is also well attended.
The applicant needs to be passionate about food, service and maintain high standards.
Expected start date: May 1st 2019.
