As a Senior User Researcher you’ll lead on the insights into how our users interact with our service. You’ll use a variety of methods and innovations to create this insight, and turn this into clear output for service designers and the wider design team. You’ll manage user research strategies using resources available across Citizens Advice. This could include visits to local Citizens advice to talk to users of our service as well as analysis of data and reports on how people use our service.
You’ll also be managing a small team of user researchers and together you will direct the design of a service to create the maximum benefit for the people we will help every day.
Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem. In 2017-18 we helped 2.6 million people face to face, over the phone, by email and webchat, and people visited our online advice pages 25 million times. We help with everything from money issues to problems at work, housing to consumer rights. Now we want to do even more.
