Social Worker - Adults Integrated Care

We are seeking two experienced Social Workers to join our innovative Integrated Care Service. You will work alongside a team of highly engaged creative Social Workers who are supported by our Consultant Social Workers and Team Managers.

We are committed to support Social Workers who are keen to develop and continue their social work journey in LBBD.

Special Requirements for this Post

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and a comprehensive screening process will be undertaken on successful applicants including a Disclosure check. You will also need a current HCPC registration.

About you

As an experienced Social Worker, your work will be varied, as you listen to our services user's stories. You will have the skills and ability to use your creative thinking to help people see their strengths and achieve positive outcomes. You will be able to fulfil all duties within a safeguarding enquiry process as set out in the Care Act 2014 and within the spirit of 'Making Safeguarding Personal". You will provide case management, guidance, support and expert advice to other Social Care Staff and students where appropriate. You will have gained experience in working collaboratively within a multi-agency/multi-professional setting with relevant statutory agencies, health service colleagues, Police as well as Third Sector organisations involved with.
