CHP is a locally managed and governed charitable housing association based in Chelmsford, Essex and was named one of the top 25 housing associations to work for in the Sunday Times Best Not-For-Profit Organisations 2018.

You will be responsible for providing a policy and insight function that will support and inform decision making at CHP. Competent in managing evidence based policy frameworks you will have knowledge of a variety of research techniques and gaining actionable insight from data analysis. You will have a good eye for detail and numbers, and a good working knowledge of a variety of analytical and visualisation packages.  You will also need to be able to present your findings using a range of media and be a confident speaker.
