Based from their offices in central Chelmsford, our client is a market leader in their field. They now have a fantastic opportunity on offer as they are looking to expand their inbound sales team. This pivotal role will ensure they have the support in place. The role will involve a mix of inbound and outbound calls but this is an incredibly warm sales role which would suit someone with previous customer management experience looking to gain a role within a well established company.
Sales Executive attributes required:
* Excellent standard of verbal and written English
* Proficient use of Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) and Google
* Superb communications skills
* Fast learner and adaptable to learning
* Excellent telephone manner
* Communicate in all situations politely and professionally
* Customer service / sales experience
* Networking skills
* Strong proactive attitude
Inbound Sales Executive main duties:
* Handling telephone calls and queries
* Processing telephone orders
* Responding to internal/external emails
* Ordering from and liaising with suppliers
* Route planning and installation support
* Process new enquiries
* Liaise with internal departments to facilitate the above. This will include Marketing, Operations and Finance
* Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements set by management
* Accurate and timely use of CRM and other systems in accordance with company policy
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products and services

Naturally, good time keeping, a clear telephone manner and a 'can-do' attitude are essential skills for this role.
