ENGIE are recruiting for a Gas Performance Assurance Analyst to be based at No 1 Leeds, 26 Whitehall Road, Leeds LS12 1BE. This is a permanent full time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Accountabilities:
*
Develop an understanding of the gas industry Performance Assurance Framework (PAF), ensure monthly performance reports are received, analysed and appropriate remediation actions are taken, and build relationships with the Performance Assurance Framework Agent (PAFA) to demonstrate that ENGIE is actively engaged in the PAF.
*
Take ownership of the Xoserve monthly Shipper Performance Report, developing an understanding of each of the KPIs and the actions that need to be taken to resolve exceptions and ensuring that exceptions are worked, either personally or through the allocation of work across Market Operations.
*
Own the "Must Read" process, developing an understanding of how the process works, what remedial action needs to be taken by ENGIE Gas Shipper to resolve Must Reads and ensuring that Must Reads are worked, either personally or through the allocation of work across Market Operations.
*
Gain a full understanding of the read submission process for Class 1, 2, 3 and 4 reads to industry and be able to identify and resolve (either personally or through work allocation) industry rejection codes.
*
Ensure the receipt of, and monitor reports provided by Meter Asset Managers (especially National Grid Metering and SMS but extending this to other significant MAMs) which highlight asset exceptions and ensure that exceptions are worked through allocating exceptions across Market Operations.

Take a lead role in identifying and assisting in the resolution of data discrepancies across ENGIE, Meter Asset Manager and Xoserve systems to enable
*
Monitor the Class 1 and Class 2 estate to ensure that all AMR devices are dialling and (liaising with the rest of the Metering Assets team) ensure that faults are resolved in a timely fashion.
*
Monitor industry change around the gas settlement and where necessary attend relevant industry meetings, review consultation and modification documentation and draft responses to the latter where appropriate.
Qualifications
* GCSE Maths Grade C (or equivalent)
* GCSE English Grade C (or equivalent)
* Degree level (or equivalent), preferable
Experience
* Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex and dynamic environment
* Previous experience in an analytical role
* Previous industry experience is desirable
Knowledge and skills
* Numerical skills
* Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office
* Verbal comprehension
* Organisational skills
* Proven ability to produce accurate work within tight deadlines
* A practical approach to problem-solving
