This blue chip multi national service provider are looking for sales focused account managers to work on their busy sales department based in the centre of Leeds.
The role will comprise of dealing with existing customer queries generally relating to a request to cancel their current account, these queries will come via the phone from the customer service team, email queries or service call back requests. You will be expected to resolve any query while providing exceptional service to the customer base as well as identifying new business opportunities along the way. You will be exopected to handle approx 30/40 queries per month and targeted on retaining volume as well as value.
You will be a forward thinking and target focused individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you will have a strong sales and customer service back ground as well as experience in managing multiple customer accounts ensuring quality of service is always at the fore front.
