The Role: This will be a highly varied role, the postholder will carry our admin duties and general Reception operation for this busy hotel. If you are a great communicator, have excellent customer service and want to do a great job, this is the role for you.
The successful candidate will be flexible and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and guest care are always delivered. This role will involve liaising with staff and management of all levels.
This role although temporary initially, could be made permanent for the right candidate after a qualifying period.
Great customer service
Hotel experience preferred
Ability to work alone
Duties will include but not limited to: -
Booking in and booking out clients
General admin details
Dealing with customer face to face and on the telephone
Fron of hour experience (desirable)
40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts including evenings and weekends. Salary will depend on experience.
