Our customer is a globally recognised brand and is widely regarded as a market leading FM, property services and engineering business. They deliver hard and soft FM to major customers within banking, technology, media and high-end office space globally.
Your new role
Due to the growth of the UK & Europe business unit we are recruiting for an EMEA Account Director to manage a portfolio of European FM accounts.
- Management the delivery of all associated TFM services.
- You will hold the senior stakeholder relationships,
- Develop contract growth and identify commercial opportunities
- Act as the senior point of contact for all escalations.
- You will liaise with EMEA counterpoints across the portfolio to develop the delivery of services on a wider scale.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a senior level Account Director, you must have managed multiple services across large corporate estates and be used to developing and growing accounts. Experience of remotely managing EMEA portfolios would be highly advantageous.
