Our client, an established and growing property management business based in Lincoln, is looking for an ambitious, property lettings professional to join their busy team as Head of Lettings.
Working for a fast paced and innovative company, this role offers an ambitious property expert the opportunity to take a lead role as well as actively contributing to the overall business plan. The Head of Lettings will enjoy a considerable amount of autonomy and therefore we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, pays attention to detail and is accustomed to problem solving and taking responsibility. You will be responsible for increasing the branch's portfolio whilst working with new and current landlords.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious Sales and Lettings Agent with an enviable reputation and market share. The successful Head of Lettings will also arrange and accompany viewings, negotiate rental agreements and carry out tenancy inspections.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
* Previous experience workings in a similar role
* Technical property management knowledge
* Ability to problem solve and have good attention to detail
* ARLA Qualifications essential
