This role is responsible for the general management of accounts at enforcement stage including liaison with defendants, clients, enforcement staff and third parties.
Key elements of the role:
* Making contact by phone to defendants, clients:* Responding promptly and efficiently to telephone queries from defendants, claimants:* To identify opportunities where we can provide a better quality of service to our clients and increase revenue;* Daily management of caseload;* Updating case notes in a clear, detailed way;* Liaise with outside agencies on enforcement issues;* Converting contacts to payments;* Agreeing, negotiating and setting payment arrangements;* Giving objective information and escalation consequences of non-payment;* Comprehending and acting upon lengthy and detailed case history* Understanding specific client requirements and acting accordinglyThe ideal candidate:
* IT literate - proficiency with Windows systems and experience of using databases;* A clear and effective communicator, both orally and in writing;* Excellent time management, planning, organisational and numerical skills;* Ability to work on own initiative and without supervision and prioritize workloads;* Ability to achieve targets;* Remains calm and confident and responds logically and decisively in difficult situations.* Knowledge of High Court enforcement.* Working with the public in a customer service environment;All potential suppliers will undertake Right to Work, DBS and CCJ checks prior to training.
