An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a motivated Group Sales Executive to join them at their Head Office in Manchester.

Within this role, you will work as part of a small team selling high-end travel products to their home based Travel consultants. This is a key role within the in-house tour-operation in their Groups Department, and you will be expected to offer excellent service to Travel consultants around the World, ensuring that they remain competitive in their marketplace and they provide them with expert advice and support on tailor made group bookings. This include MICE, leisure groups, school groups with complex international itineraries.

You will be expected to 'own’ a booking from the first enquiry to the group departure, ensuring high quality of service throughout. You will have specialist knowledge of organising group bookings to a variety short and long-haul destinations.

You will be responsible for providing accurate quotations and selling group packaged trips and will advise Travel consultants as to the best available product to match an enquiry.  This role may involve occasional overseas travel on educational and familiarisation trips.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of working in Group Travel Sales along with experience of putting together complex tailor-made enquiries.  With experience of using a CRM system to manage the sales process, you will be familiar with Microsoft packages, including strong use of Outlook and diary management and competent IT skills.

With excellent selling skills, you will be able to work well under pressure whist maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.  They are looking for candidates who will take pride in the service that they offer, who are willing to develop their knowledge within Group travel.
