We are looking to help support our client in finding two skilled, passionate and dynamic Head Chefs to lead their newly renovated properties over two different sites. As Head chef you will lead the kitchen and its team in its progression and development.
As Head Chef, you are set with the managing of the kitchen operation including food preparation, staff management, supplies, presentation, service and record management and compliance with food hygiene, allergens, health and safety standards. While managing budgets and profitability.
As Head Chef you will:
Lead the Kitchen in delivering an outstanding level of service
Have a previous experience running kitchens
Have experience of working with strict dietary and allergy requirements
Have a thorough understanding of costing, ordering, meeting a set GP and menu planning
Ensure the highest level of compliance regarding Health and Safety regulations
Manage and maintain an excellent stock control and wastage records
- Need to have experience of writing Rota’s, hiring and training of new staff
