Our client is looking for a customer service professional with at least two years experience in a customer service role.
Role profile:
- Managing incoming customer queries and complaints
- Processing customer orders
- Contacting customers to deal with price, stock availability, offering alternatives and advice
- Liaise with other internal departments including purchasing, warehouse, accounts to resolve queries
- Keep the CRM system up to date with customer details
- Ad hoc tasks
Person profile:
- Confident and self motivated
- Excellent communicator both written and oral
- Good working knowledge of databases
Essential criteria:
- At least two years experience in a customer service role
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel
- Experience of online orders
Desired criteria:
- Educated to “A” level standard
- Ecommerce experience an advantage
