Tekla Designer
Singh & Jones have partnered with a market leading Design Consultancy based in the West Midlands who are looking to recruit an experienced Tekla Draughtsman to be based at their HQ. My client are part of multi million pound turnover company and is headed up by an industry leading technical team. As a business, they specialise in Cold Roll Steel products and Pre Modular Build construciton projects in the UK.
As an experienced Tekla Designer, the ideal candidate will be reporting into the Technical Director and the duties will include;
* Attending site visits for measurements and customer liaison
* Liaising with structural engineers and lead architects
* Detailing and producing fabrications
* Carrying out assignments using AutoCAD & Tekla Structures
* Working closely with a small but busy design office
* Understanding of Construciton methods, and being able to design LGSF systems
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the use of Tekla Strucutures software and be able to hit the gound running. In addition to this, my client would require someone who can work in a busy office envrionment and to deadlines. Having a good undersntanding of LGSF systems will be highly advantagous and/or Pre Modular Build Construction. The position offers great progression opportunities and working in a young and vibrant office, all along with a great base salary and benefits
