Gradus is a market leading Flooring Accessories business based in Cheshire.
We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader to lead a team of multi-skilled engineers; maximising production efficiency and providing a safe working environment for employees across our three Macclesfield sites. The role is day shift based, although flexibility and some out of hours work may also be required.
You will need to have excellent electrical/electronic skills and be mechanically competent, with a good understanding of manufacturing equipment and machinery. Flexible and adaptable, you must be able to deal with problems in a practical way whilst working under pressure.
You should hold a formal Engineering qualification and have excellent communication skills. Previous leadership experience would be an advantage but is not critical. A full driving licence is essential
