THE COMPANY:
Brewster Partners are working with a leading manufacturer in Alfreton who are recruiting a Business Information Analyst to join their Business Intelligence team.
THE JOB:
You will be responsible for a suite of business information activities, with a particular emphasis on sales forecasts and business intelligence, supporting the Commercial/Sales teams as well as Finance and Operations.
• Manage the monthly process to update the rolling sales forecast from initial data entry through to consolidation, analysis and critique
• Supporting existing business analysis 'dashboards' and modify or create new dashboards for identified business needs
• Develop reports and/or dashboards to analyse prices, margins and volumes
• Identify and track customer and product trends and anomalies in the market
• Prepare reports and undertake ad-hoc analysis as required
THE PERSON:
As the Business Analyst, you will demonstrate your ability to work within a fast paced, competitive environment; maintaining accuracy throughout.
• Data analysis and business information forecasting experience
• Working knowledge of SysPro, Vanguard and Qlikview (or similar systems)
• Experience of using business intelligence software to consolidate, search and visualise data into user dashboards
• Experience of working within an integrated ERP/MRP environment with an S&OP process
• Expert user of MS Excel, particularly array formula and pivot tables
• Knowledge of SQL database management, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Experience of forecasting using predictive planning software

• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)
