Our client is a next generation specialist diamond jeweller that boasts unrivalled access to over 70% of the world’s diamonds. They are now seeking a bilingual Receptionist / Showroom Host to join their appointment only showroom in Central London on a part-time basis.
 
Focusing on simplicity, clarity and choice, our client is an entirely new breed of jeweller. Having won a host of awards since 2013, they’ve been on the Professional Jeweller Hot 100 list four years in a row.
 
To continue their success, they are seeking perfectly presented candidates with superb English and German or Swedish communication skills and the ability to interact appropriately with their high end customers.
 
A background as a receptionist and exceptional customer service skills will be a vital attribute alongside your communication skills.

As a Receptionist / Showroom Host, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to customers visiting our client’s showroom.
 
This role is much more than working in a jewellery store, you will be working with one of the most prestigious jewellery brands in the industry and so will need to tailor every single interaction appropriately.
 
Your primary activities will involve greeting and managing the needs of the clientele. You will ensure that all visitors are greeted in a friendly and professional manner, refreshments are provided, and any additional needs attended to.
 
Do you think you’re up to the challenge? To be considered, you must have:
 
- Reception experience
- Customer service experience
- Fluent German and/or Swedish language skills, in addition to outstanding English communication skills
 
Well presented and polished, as a Receptionist / Showroom Host, you will need to be meticulous in your approach to details, articulate and personable. Your dedication and passion for service will be second-to-none and your ability to deliver this will place you firmly in the top-tier of service personnel.
 
A passion for jewellery would also be viewed as favourable.
 
This is a part time role working three or four days per week including Fridays and Saturdays as well as two Sundays per month, plus any other weekday of your choice.
