Caf?? Supervisor
East Wittering
Shifts : 9am-5/6pm with 5 days worked through 7 on a rota. There may be weekend shifts.
Pay: Dependant on experience
Assignment Duration: Permanent
Kiwi Recruitment is currently working with a highly popular caf?? in the heart of East Wittering.
This is excellent opportunity for an individual who takes pride in their work, strives to providing the highest quality of customer service and thrives to run a team efficiently and effectively. You will build a strong rapport with local customers and meet a wide range of holiday makers in the summer period.
Key duties will include the following:
* The day to day running of a busy caf??
* Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations
* Supervising front of house team members in their day to day tasks
* Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the caf?? area
* Open and close the caf?? in the managers absence
* Cashing up the till at the end of the day
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent customer service experience
* Previous supervisory/managerial experience in a Catering & Hospitality environment
* Good ability to work under pressure
* Barista training preferred
* Good Punctuality
