I am delighted to be recruiting an experienced, driven and enthusiastic full-time (37.5 hours) HR Administrator, to join an established and growing team. You will be working at an incredible residential school for children and young adults with special educational needs, in Thornbury.
Main role and responsibilities:
* You will be supporting the head of HR in maintaining and delivering all aspects of recruitment and HR
* You will be required to organise and co-ordinate interviews
* Complete the administration for all new staff in line with company standards and regulations, including requesting and receiving DBS certificates
* Ensuring all administration is kept up to date and in line with company policies and procedures
* Recording absence and sickness

It is essential you have:
* At least one year's experience in a similar administrative role
