A fantastic opportunity has opened up in Surrey for a legal secretary to join a well established legal firm to support the team of lawyers. If you have excellent administration skills and have experience working in the legal industry then this could be the perfect role for you.
Duties
Supporting the experienced lawyers, your main duties will include the below:
* Keeping records up to date
* Typing up legal documents
* Answering the phone
* Organising diaries
* Preparing court forms
* Performing legal research
* Booking appointments with clients
Skills
This role will make use of your:
* Proven knowledge and experience of legal documentation and procedures
* Fast accurate typing skills
* Organisation skills
* Excellent IT skills
* Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
* Proven success working in a team
* Accurate command of the English language
* Strong work ethic
*Previous experience in a legal setting within Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence is essential and litigation would also be an advantage*
Experience within the Legal sector is crucial.
Full-Time 9- 5:30 Monday-Friday
