Our new client, a large chilled and frozen logistics service provider who offer chilled and frozen freight forwarding solutions to the Food and Drink Industry, is currently looking to recruit LGV Cat C+E Day Bulk Delivery Drivers (Class One) to work out of their Shepton Mallet depot for weekend cover.
Your main duties will include delivering and collecting bulk palletised goods for food raw material providers, food manufacturers and distributors throughout the South and South West.
The work is entirely flexible. We need drivers who can help us throughout the weekend, so we can offer work on a regular and ongoing basis, with additional shifts during the week as well.
We are looking for drivers who can couple/uncouple and show experience of reversing onto loading bays, as well as a safe driving style on the road. Ideally we are looking for people who can demonstrate a minimum of two years commercial driving experience on a Class One.
Hours of work:
Saturday/Sunday, 19:00 start
Hourly Pay Rates:
Saturday GBP14.00 PAYE / GBP15.00 LTD
Sunday GBP15.00 PAYE / GBP16.00 LTD
