The Reward Survey Team, based in PwC's Embankment Place office, would like to recruit a talented Associate grade to support our survey data collection and data output.

We source executive remuneration and other reward information, providing data to both internal and external clients. A key focus is our annual Executive & Management Reward Survey which is a participant only survey.

We are a small team that work closely together to meet our key survey and data output deadlines. The work involves regular contact with both survey participants and PwC staff.

Roles and responsibilities for this role include:
  • Updating participant list, documenting all correspondence, updating new contacts and details as necessary, current status and highlighting any actions that need to be taken by the team.

  • Sending invites to clients and follow up emails.

  • Sending data forms, chasing data and sending and responding to queries.

  • Setting up any meetings/calls with clients.

  • Monitoring progress of Reward Trends survey and chasing as necessary.

  • Filing data forms and reports on DMS - ensuring all are named and password protected as per our risk rules.

  • Researching the sectors of all private participants to add to our list.

  • Preparing target list, researching companies and contacts to add to our list.

  • Providing annual report data to supplement our survey data added to model.

  • Recording all naming conventions of participants to ensure that companies are not mistakenly disclosed.

  • Moving all final reports onto the drive so that they can be consolidated.

  • Preparing emails and final documents to send to clients - and then sending and filing them.

  • Managing the running of reports using the model, checking for errors, pdfing, encrypting and password protecting of final reports to clients.

  • Managing the additional cuts to be sent to clients - working with other teams to work under their risk if possible, if not making sure we have risk in place, running the reports and manipulating the model if they have non-standard cut - sending the clients.

  • Billing of any additional cuts - either sending charge to other codes or raising invoices to send directly.

  • Data requests

Ongoing throughout the year, workload led by demand.

  • Weekly data upload of new data forms every week on AR database. This includes checking AIM data and adding DS codes. This can be time consuming and requires several hours per week to complete.

  • Data requests - annual report, survey and NED.

  • Proxy Insight requests

  • IVIS/ISS requests

  • Billing

Ongoing throughout the year, workload led by demand.

  • Ensuring all data charges are recorded on our data charges sheet.

  • Providing billing updates to the team.

  • Pulling together our charges for the month to send to Systems Analysis & Support - includes chasing contacts internally for WBS code that have not been provided.

  • Raising ITB's for non UK data requests.

  • Other duties

Ongoing throughout the year, workload led by demand.

  • Responding to requests for market practice information or contacts marketing purposes.

  • Providing weekly updates of team activities, ensuring team calendar is up to date with annual leave, keeping everyone informed of how we are doing with regards to targets, etc.

  • Client queries/calls.
