Responsibilities:
Support the unit manager on the day to day operation of the unit.
Make sure front of house fridges, stands and impulse baskets are fully stocked and date rotated.
Ensure all food served to customers meets brand standards.
Communicate effectively with Team Members to ensure stock levels are maintained and queues managed efficiently.
Provide motivation, encouragement and regular feedback to the team.
Skills/experience:
Previous supervisory experience within a catering role.
Team player.
Strong communication skills; with customers and team members.
Demonstrate a "will do" attitude to customer service.
Confidence in dealing with customer/team member queries.
