As a result we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to be an integral part of growing our new business in Belfast. This is an opportunity to work across the service lines and with the UK recruitment team to share knowledge and experience of best practice. You will be responsible for recruiting the highest talent in the market and delivering a best in class candidate experience being at the centre of building a better working world.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Focusing on direct recruitment across a number of areas, researching and generating a candidate pipeline from internal and external sources, both UK and international.
- Woking in conjunction with External Communications & Marketing/PR to design & run recruitment campaigns
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for candidates
- Building knowledge of the competitor market and identifying strong talent in the marketplace; tracking and maintaining contact with these candidates directly.
- Constructing briefs/role descriptions, advising on compensation, monitoring and reporting on progress, conducting interviews when necessary, drafting communications and liaising with internal clients.
- Developing resourcing campaigns, advising on process, routes to market, use of assessment and selection tools, media and resourcing technologies.
- Updating the recruitment database consistently to ensure accurate reporting of candidate activity at all times.
- Managing relationships with third parties, such as recruitment agencies and head-hunters within agreed terms.
- Supporting interviewer and assessor training for Service Line.
- Attending or facilitating recruitment events and writing or approving advertising copy on behalf of the firm.
- Producing management reports for account managers and Service Lines as required.

To Qualify for the Role you must have:
- Relevant recruitment experience, preferably with a background in Accounting, Advisory, IT or Consulting.
- Proven track record of executing volume recruitment in conjunction with managing more specialist briefs.
- Experience of recruiting school leavers, graduates, and experienced hires
- Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident communication, both written and oral
- Demonstrates solid experience of direct sourcing methods
- Good knowledge of the local recruitment agencies and their strengths and weaknesses.
- Good knowledge & experience of designing multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience of recruiting school leavers, graduates, and experienced hires
- Good knowledge of the secondary and tertiary education establishments
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Prior experience of working with Department of Economy would be advantageous
- Able to work under pressure and to tight timelines
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Confident communication, both written and oral
- Prior experience of working with Department of Economy would be advantageous
