Vacancy - Telemarketing Sales Executive
MHR are on the lookout for an experienced Telemarketing Executive to join the successful Telemarketing team. We are looking for a dedicated telemarketing executive to assist in building a strong pipeline for our Enterprise and LME market sectors. Telemarketing is a service that generates interest, creates opportunities, provides information, factors customer feedback, makes appointments and produces leads by telephone that will then be passed to our separate sales team to convert into sales. We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and resilient individual to join our busy and most of all fun marketing environment. You will be provided with the required training, coaching and ongoing support to develop your knowledge and skills over time. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the right person with the suitable drive and experience.
Key responsibilities
Working to the agreed Telemarketing strategy under the guidance of the Telemarketing Manager.
Ensure the Total Quality Management Programme is maintained and adhered to for all contacts
Effectively generate new business leads through promoting MHR software and services within the LME and Enterprise markets.
Identify opportunities and effectively present key benefits and value of the product to secure new business leads
Record new leads and maintain the CRM database.
Complete Telemarketing campaigns within an allocated time frame.
Promote new software and services to the customers to create upselling opportunities for the Business Development Managers.
Send out bulk letters and emails to generate new business leads.
Attend all relevant internal training to enhance performance.
Support the reception team by covering when required
Ensure relevant sales activities are recorded accurately for future trend analysis
Key experience
We are looking for tenacious candidates with good communication and listening skills as you will need the ability to speak to anyone over the phone and deal with professionals. Our business is a fast moving business so you will need to be resilient to change and adaptable.
