Van Delivery Driver

Due to continued expansion and the opening of their new site at Worcester, our Client has two exciting opportunities for Delivery Van Drivers to join them. These are permanent roles where you will assist with the inter-site delivery of raw materials from their W6 Worcester site to the Bromsgrove site for production output.

Within the role you will have responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of a large Ford Transit van, ensuring it is roadworthy at all times and that daily checks are carried out. Liaising with the logistics and manufacturing staff, keeping them informed of collection and delivery schedules, you will complete about 6-9 round trips per day, delivering raw materials and ensuring the safe and secure loading at both sites.

They are looking for someone who has experience of driving a large van as well as forklift trucks, and who ideally has experience with the use of various equipment such as pump trucks.

Hours of work: 7am – 7:30pm. Thurs / Fri / Sat – Mon / Tue / Wed followed by one week off when the opposite shift is in operation.
