An exciting opportunity has recently become available with a client of ours based in Cambridge. This small business is looking to grow and are looking for an Office Manager to help take them to the next level.
Key duties will include:
* Managing the team
* Ensuring that targets are achieved
* Oversee the administration within the business
* Project Management
* Improving processes
* General ad-hoc managerment duties
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience within a leadership role
* The ability to inspire a team
* Good communication skills
* IT proficiency
* A confident approach
