Working for a global organisation, our client is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team on a six month, fixed-term contract - based in Thanet, Kent. This role is to support a HR function across the board, including policies and tasks, and the successful applicant will be responsible for the detail and accuracy of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) software utilised in-house.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* overseeing all aspects of HR administration, including recruitment support and leading inductions/on-boarding for new starters;
* providing support to the HR management team with: diary, travel and expense co-ordination;
* consulting with external third parties in the delivery of related HR services and benefits;
* ability to work in a highly confidential environment.
Qualifications:
* must possess excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrate attention to detail;
* a good standard of education - including a related business related qualification, i.e. BTEC/NVQ level;
* a degree in Human Resources would be beneficial, and working towards CIPD is preferable.
This role to be worked as a six month fixed-term contract, therefore applicants must be readily available to commence a new role.
